Healing through Horsemanship Women's Circle
– To Be With What Is Present –
Our HTH Women’s Circle offers an invitation to experience the wild West Coast and its healing powers. The strength of the seasons; the nourishment of the rain, the cleansing of the storms, the restful rejuvenation of the darkness, the warmth of the sun, the vitality of spring, and the ripening of summer.
There will be an opportunity to discover, or rediscover, a relationship with horses. To experience the felt sense of safety, companionship, love, power, and regulation they can offer. Along with their mystical and magical insights and healing powers.
We invite you to gather round the fire with us and…
Retreat into nature…
Into the land…
Into the herd…
Replenish.
Rejuvenate.
Emerge.
Ascend.
✨✨✨

Our flow…
We gather for a one-hour fire circle with hot drinks, nourishing snacks, grounding exercises, breath work, somatic practices, meditation, and mindful movement. 🔥☕️🥐
Then we move into one hour with our herd of horses to learn the principles of relational horsemanship and to practice the embodiment of what we learned around the fire. 🔥🐴🌙

Our Herd – our horses walk beside us as friends, teachers, and companions on this wild and beautiful journey of life.
Each member of our herd brings a unique personality, story, and energetic presence to the field of relationships. Some are bold, some are quiet; some carry deep wisdom in stillness, others invite movement and playful curiosity. Together, they create a dynamic and intuitive web of connection that supports each person’s process in just the way they need.
Through the principles of relational horsemanship, we focus on building trust, emotional awareness, and mutual respect—rather than dominance or performance. In this space, horses are free to express themselves authentically, and participants are invited into a genuine relationship rather than roles or expectations.
The horses respond to who we are beneath the surface—reflecting our nervous systems, our truths, our longing for connection, and the parts of ourselves we may have forgotten. This honest feedback is powerful, not because it tells us what to do, but because it invites us to remember who we are.
Whether standing quietly in shared presence, engaging in groundwork, or simply breathing beside them, our herd offers a deep kind of medicine—one rooted in embodiment, emotional congruence, and the innate wisdom of the herd.
They don’t ask us to be anything other than real. And in return, they offer something rare: co-regulation, clarity, and the possibility of coming home to ourselves.
Do I need to have experience?
No. You do not need to have any experience with these practices or with horses. Your participation in both will include a gentle introduction and for those with more experience, we will create space to expand your practices. Your interactions with the horses will all be on the ground, at liberty, and online, which allows for open and honest communication. ‘At liberty’ is a horsemanship term that means you will have no tack or equipment connecting the two of you. Online means with a halter and lead.
